Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic seeks a Nurse leader to support continuous performance improvement across the network. The role drives Plan, Do, Study, and Adjust (PDSA) activities, coaches staff at all levels, and leads Rapid Improvement Events.
Emphasis on data analysis and compliance with CMS, DOH, and other standards. Requirements include a BSN, Master’s preferred, and at least five years of cardiovascular nursing experience.
Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Role Summary Supports and promotes continuous performance improvement and the Trinity Health Leadership System throughout the network. Assists with the Plan, Do, Study, and Adjust (PDSA) stages of performance improvement activities. Coach for staff at all levels in the PDSA improvement process. Leads Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs). Performs analyses of process data. Is familiar with regulatory/ accreditation requirements, DNV and Department of Health (DOH) agency standards. Is familiar with CMS and other reporting requirements.
Baccalaureate Degree in nursing or health related field required. Master’s degree in nursing or health related field preferred. 5 years of clinical experience required as a Registered Nurse in Cardiovascular Services Lean certification highly recommended or obtained within two years of the position. Maintains all licensures and certifications according to NYS regulations and specialty area requirements. Participates in continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise.
Career advancement to leadership roles such as Coordinator, Manager, Director or other administrative roles.

$39.45 - $59.20 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
