Qualifications

• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Function as an essential member of nursing and multidisciplinary teams, delivering direct patient care, instruction, and preparation for continuing care during and after care transitions.
• May take charge as operational needs allow.
