Cynet Health in Missouri is seeking a registered nurse for Pediatric Operating Room assignments. Position: RN - Peds OR, 13 weeks, Day 3x12-hour shifts (06:45–19:15), requires 2+ years pediatric OR experience, active RN license, and BLS/PALS/ACLS. Candidates will scrub and circulate across neuro, ortho, plastics, eyes, GU/GI, ENT, general, with some spine, GYN, dentistry. May float to other pediatric units and ICU; on-call may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience scrubbing and circulating across multiple pediatric procedures.
• Willingness to float to other pediatric units including ICU if needed.

Description:The position involves providing nursing care in the pediatric operating room.The role requires proficiency in scrubbing and circulating in various surgical specialties.The ideal candidate must possess skills in infection control and the administration of blood products.The role may require floating to all pediatric medical/surgical units and potentially to the ICU as a registered nurse assistant.Candidates must be willing to be on-call as required.The daily census in the unit is approximately 50 patients.The unit has 16 staffed beds and supports diverse surgical services.Float assignments within the service line are expected.Additional interdisciplinary support services are available to assist in patient care.Candidates must meet compliance requirements for certifications and orientation before starting.
