Job summary

Rising Ground is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time work at our Bronx, NY location. The role involves supervising day-to-day health services for foster care, residential, and ACS involved youth, with on-site medical care and triage support.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in New York State.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• BSN from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred; strong nursing experience in other clinical settings encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provides general medical care and treatment to individuals on site.
• Performs physical examinations and preventative health measures.
• Provides health evaluations, assessments, and screenings with follow ups.
• Reviews Pediatric guidelines for care, including immunizations and testing.
• Records physical findings and documents patient condition.
• Participates in clinical team to prepare comprehensive patient care plans.
