Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care in Greensboro, NC. The RN will coordinate patient care through the nursing process and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote positive outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), and has at least 1 year of RN experience with active North Carolina or compact-state licensure and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care.
• Analyzes patient information to develop individualized care plans.
• Prepares nursing processes such as medication administration and treatments.
• Reconciles medical records for accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluates patient responses to interventions and adjusts as needed.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team for effective care planning.
