Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care and promote positive outcomes through skilled nursing practice and collaborative care in Greensboro, NC.

The RN will assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer medications and treatments, reconcile records, monitor responses, and work with an interdisciplinary team to meet defined goals of care. A NC RN license and BLS are required; 1 year of RN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• 1 year of RN experience is required.
• Licensure as RN in NC or a Compact state; BLS (CPR) required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in assigned unit.
• Analyzes patient information to develop individualized care plans.
• Prepares nursing processes, such as medication administration and treatments.
• Reconciles medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluates patient response to interventions and adjusts care as needed.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team for effective care planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
