Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient-centered care to high-acuity IMCU patients.
• Monitor patients closely and recognize changes in condition.
• Manage IV medications, including heparin drips, according to protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Administer medications, document care, and provide patient/family education.
