Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the PCU/Stepdown role in Temecula, CA. You will provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients, closely monitoring vital signs and IV drips, and work with physicians and care teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1 year experience in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or medium-high acuity settings preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients, closely monitoring vital signs and IV drips.
• Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans with accurate and timely execution of orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and families on management of acute or chronic conditions and use of BiPAP/CPAP/Home Oxygen, and monitors.
• Maintain timely and accurate patient records per hospital policies.
