Job summary

Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City is actively seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Intermediate Progressive Care Unit. You will care for post-surgical and medical short-stay patients in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with a supportive leadership team focused on growth.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, supervising care tasks, and coordinating plans of care with the health care team to optimize patient outcomes. MO RN license and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Missouri with current NURSYS verification.
• Associate degree in nursing or equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Delegate tasks and supervise other patient care staff.
• Coordinate care plans for assigned patients with the health team.
• Ensure adherence to policies, rules, and guidelines.
