Atlas MedStaff LLC is seeking a Clinical Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in Hendersonville, North Carolina, specializing in the Progressive Care Unit. You will care for patients with complex cardiovascular conditions, including acute coronary syndromes, arrhythmias, and post-procedure care, with telemetry.

The role features 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, opportunities to interpret cardiac rhythms and manage titratable infusions, and coordinate patient care while supporting families

Qualifications

• Current RN license in North Carolina or compact license preferred.
• Experience in a Progressive Care/Telemetry unit is advantageous.
• Prior experience in cardiac care and infusions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a Progressive Care Unit with high-acuity patients.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and intervene as needed.
• Administer titratable infusions and adjust therapies as directed.
• Coordinate patient care and transitions with families and other team members.
• Ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for diverse cardiology cases.
