Qualifications

• Willingness to comply with facility policies and unit guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in accordance with nursing process and protocols.
• Assess patients, document findings, and report changes to care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in CPR/code team activities.
