Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to PCU patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and treatment responses.
• Administer medications, infusions, and therapies according to care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and follow PCU protocols.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Support daily clinical operations within the Progressive Care Unit.
