Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking a Contract RN for the Progressive Care Unit in Arizona. Shift is Night, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, with responsibilities across multiple units including PCU and ED. Licensed RNs with trauma center and acute care experience are ideal.

The role requires BLS and ACLS certifications, and active Arizona RN licensure. The position involves patient monitoring, medication administration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma center and large hospital setting.
• Willingness to float between units (Observation, Med Surg, PCU, IMC, ED, PACU).
• Acute care experience required.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Active Arizona RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a progressive care setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols.
