HiredFirst is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide high-quality care on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and other adult health units. You will float between BUMC-Tucson and BUMC-South campuses, supporting Observation, Med Surg, PCU, IMC, ED, and PACU as needed.

The role requires administering medications, monitoring patient status, and documenting care accurately while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• Experience in Level I Trauma or large hospital adult health settings.
• Able to float to multiple units and campuses.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to PCU and other adult health patients.
• Float across BUMC-Tucson (Level I Trauma, 625 beds) and BUMC-South (Level IV Trauma, 245 beds) campuses.
• Support Observation, Med Surg, PCU, IMC, ED, and PACU units as needed.

• Wear navy scrubs and navy warm-up jacket.

Schedule:

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Floating between units and campuses as needed

Position Summary & Responsibilities:
