Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks a skilled RN for the PCU on a 13-week assignment in Baltimore, MD, working a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of nursing experience, strong IMC background, vent management, dysrhythmia skills, EPIC proficiency, and IMC exposure; BLS/ACLS preferred. Roles include 1:4 PCU and 1:3 IMC ratios, with possible float across units.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years nursing experience with strong IMC nursing background.
• Experience with high-acuity patients and ventilated patient care.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for high-acuity PCU/IMC patients with 1:4 PCU and 1:3 IMC ratios.
• Float between Progressive Care, IMC and Medical-Surgical units as needed.
• Manage ventilated patients and dysrhythmia clinical scenarios.
