Job summary

A children's health organization in Milwaukee is seeking an RN - Patient Transfer Nurse. You will facilitate patient transfers, serve as a communication resource, and manage consult requests. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of RN or transport experience and must possess BLS and PALS certifications. This full-time or part-time role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a fast-paced office setting with a night shift requirement.

Qualifications

• Previous critical care, emergency room, or transport experience preferred.

Serve as a central communication source for all components of the **patient transfer** and consultation process, including direct ED/Inpatient admissions and Critical Care Transport.Responsible for the facilitation of communication with specialty providers, medical control, transport team and patient placement. Acts as a resource to community and hospital based providers.
