Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews and edits patient safety events for completeness and timeliness.
• Analyzes and coordinates patient safety activities and initiatives.
• Encourages and supports a culture of safety within the organization.
• Investigates events for risk potential and documentation quality.
• Leads or participates in performance improvement initiatives and RCA/FMEA activities.
