Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality and patient safety methodologies and performance improvement
• Ability to present clinical updates to staff

Responsibilities

• Lead patient safety and performance improvement programs at the department level
• Conduct data abstraction and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Recommend and implement educational initiatives, policy changes, and system improvements
• Coach clinical teams on safety goals and best practices
• Assist with writing abstracts and preparing presentations for clinical staff
