Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Florida; BLS/CPR required.
• BSN preferred.
• 3–5 years in patient/healthcare relations or related field; experience in nursing, teaching, counseling, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-operative and pre-procedure patient check-ins to review instructions and answer questions.
• Perform post-operative and post-procedure follow-ups to monitor recovery and adherence to care plan.
• Oversee preparation and follow-up for patients undergoing surgery or procedures; ensure information and supplies are ready for pre- and post-care.
