The role requires RN licensure, BSN preferred, BLS, and strong communication and teamwork. EMR experience and flexible hours are desirable as the ward operates across shifts and teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care and education.
• Support professional nursing practice across settings and care continuum.
• Provide leadership and participate in quality improvement and committees as needed.
• May be required to drive a personal vehicle as part of the role.
