Job summary

Qualifications

RN license (Registered Nurse) required
Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred
BLS certification required
1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency with basic computer systems and patient records (EMR)

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and evidence-based standards.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and monitor for adverse reactions.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
