UCHealth is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to provide nursing capacity leadership for a specific shift and unit at UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion, Aurora, CO. The role focuses on patient flow, staffing coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

The position is onsite with a 48-hour per pay period schedule, days shift, and pay range of $37.06–$57.44 per hour, dependent on experience. RN licensure and BLS are required, with a preference for a BSN.

Formación

• RN licensure and BLS required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provides nursing capacity leadership for a shift and unit, promoting teamwork.
• Mentors staff on patient flow, productivity and care quality.
• Performs direct patient care as needed and supports discharge planning.
• Participates in capacity management meetings to maintain patient flow.
• Handles admissions, discharges and transfers within scope of duties.
