Job summary

Graduate from an accredited nursing program is required, with Georgia RN licensure. New graduates are eligible; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred and hospital experience is valued for PRN roles.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in Georgia (or multi-state); NLC/eNCL if applicable.
• New graduates eligible.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1 year hospital setting experience preferred.
• PRN positions may require.
• Hospital setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care.
• Demonstrate professional growth and accountability within Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital policies.
