Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Tennessee RN licensure required (Nurse Board).
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive nursing assessments and develops individualized care plans.
• Provides patient and family education on care plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
• Implements and adjusts personalized care plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Administers medications following best practices.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
