- Required - Associates Degree Nursing.
- Preferred - Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
- Active RN license in Tennessee and BLS certification.
- Experience or ability to educate patients and families.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team using nursing process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to determine interventions and care plans.
- Provide patient and family education on care plans, medications, and self-care.
- Develop and adjust personalized care plans based on assessments.
- Administer medications safely following best practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
