Qualifications

• BLS certification required; ACLS or other certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) per evidence-based practice.
• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care adapting to diverse populations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care and timely documentation.
• Support performance improvement and participate in governance models as applicable.
