Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Nursing Diploma required; RN license required on hire.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience preferred.
• BLS or ARC-BLS certification required.
• Must read, write and speak English; strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Provide patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity and individualized plans.
• Collaborate with care teams in interdisciplinary rounds and handoffs.
• Support evidence-based practice and participate in quality improvement.
