Formación

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Patient- and Family-Centered Practice knowledge and respect for diverse care partners.
• Cultural awareness and ability to connect with patients from varied backgrounds.
• Effective communication concepts, transmit/receive ideas, and appropriate delegation.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, planning and care delivery.
• Discharge planning and post-discharge education understanding.
• Knowledge of health information documentation and accurate record-keeping.
• BLS - Basic Life Support from AHA or Red Cross.
• RN licensed in New Jersey state.

Responsabilidades
