Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma with nursing accreditation required.

• Ability to educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and next steps.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and post-discharge needs.
• Familiarity with health information documentation and workflows.
• Understanding of evidence-based nursing practices and patient safety.
