Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Georgia; multi-state compact eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice for individualized patient care.
• Delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Partners with patients and families, using bedside shift reports and rounds to align goals.
• Maintains current practice standards and participates in performance improvement.
