Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
• RN licensure in state or compact state required.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per the nursing process.
• Document assessments and report changes in condition to care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team on care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/code team activities.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
