Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (ADN, Diploma or BSN).
• Must hold, or obtain, current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Maintain required nursing certifications as per unit/position.
• BLS certification or completion within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
