Job summary

CharterCARE Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in North Providence, RI, is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse for full-time day shifts (7:00am–7:30pm). The RN will provide patient- and family-centered care, partnering with patients to align care with individual preferences and values.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate's degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current Rhode Island RN licensure and BLS required.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Within 18 months of hire, create a written development plan to achieve an advanced nursing degree or certification relevant to patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient- and family-centered care that is safe, efficient, timely and effective.
• Collaborate with the health care team to deliver holistic, timely care and ensure care goals are met.
• Assess and document patient progress and adjust the plan of care as needed to optimize outcomes.
