Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in treating patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. The role involves monitoring patients, administering medications, maintaining records, and educating patients while coordinating with providers.

The RN will ensure accurate documentation, monitor patient responses, and participate in care planning with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
BLS certification.
Valid and unrestricted Driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
Records patient vital signs and medical information.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
