Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse in California.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience, with home health preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in management or supervision in home health.
• Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to ensure patient care aligns with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor patient care for high-quality outcomes and consistent service delivery.
• Supervise, support, and coach clinical personnel to maintain care excellence and staff development.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the practicing state.
• 5 yrs RN experience with previous experience in home care setting.
• 2 years management or supervisory experience in home health, preferred.
• Knowledge of accepted professional standards and practice, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
