AccentCare is seeking a Patient Care Manager in El Centro, CA to lead clinical staff and deliver compassionate home health services. This full-time role centers on coordinating patient care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence and safety.

Competenze

• RN licensure to practice nursing in the practicing state.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of professional standards, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and federal/state regulations
