Job summary

The position requires an RN license in Kansas, BLS (ACLS/PALS preferred), and may require additional certifications based on clinic area. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:15–5:15 with regular attendance essential.
Qualifications
- Associates in Nursing or nursing diploma is required.
- BLS for Healthcare Providers is required; ACLS/PALS waives BLS if certified.
- Current Kansas RN license to practice.
- Breast Specialists: Commission on Cancer Certification.
- Preferred: BSN; ACLS within 6 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families to inform care plans.
- Collaborate with clinical team and physicians in documentation to optimize patient outcomes.
- Coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.
- Apply collaborative teamwork to coordinate patient-centered care and outcomes.
- Use information, resources and technology to support nursing processes.
- Provide patient-centered care, following evidence-based practices and safety protocols.
- Demonstrate professionalism and contribute to governance and best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned and maintain reliable attendance.
