Memorial Healthcare System in Miami, FL, is seeking registered nurses for an RN Fellowship program. The role emphasizes pediatric and critical care competencies with required ACLS/PALS/BLS certifications and a minimum of one year of RN experience.

New hires may have 6 months to obtain ACLS/PALS if not currently certified, and the program aims to support professional growth within a caring, patient-centered environment at Memorial’s facilities.

Complexity of Work:

Department specific credentials- ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate required for those RNs administering chemotherapy.- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op and Specialty Procedural Show Contact Detailsareas.PALS required for Pediatric areas with the exception of NICU.Certification in Fetal Monitoring through National Credential Center or through AWOHNN (Intermediate or Advanced) for L&D RNsNewly licensed RNs have 6 months to obtain ACLS and/or PALS, and Fetal Monitoring if L& Show Contact DetailsD.If RN is coming from a non-pediatric background, it is required to obtain PALS within 30 days of taking the Show Contact Detailsposition.Note: For added clarification, see Mandatory Education Requirements Grid.

Required Work Experience:

One (1) year of RN work experience

Other Information:

RN Fellowship Program requires one (1) year of RN independent practice not inclusive of nurse orientation. RN Fellowship specialties require ACLS and BLS certifications.
