Job summary

Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville invites experienced Registered Nurses to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and to supervise supportive personnel.

You will educate patients and families, advocate for high-quality care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure safety across medical and surgical conditions. A Diploma, ASN/ADN or BSN is acceptable with 5+ years progressive care.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure in applicable state.
• 5+ years of progressive care experience required.
• Strong patient education and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and ancillary services.
• Educate patients and families about disease processes and care plans.
