Job Overview:

Ensure the delivery of safe and quality patient care by performing, adapting, and demonstrating procedures according to policies and procedures. Administer medications accurately and safely. Document all actions as per policies, and demonstrate technical skills specific to the nursing unit.

Qualifications:

• Required: ASN or Nursing diploma (willing to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire)
• Preferred: BSN
• Certifications and Licenses: BLS, ACLS from the American Heart Association, current New Jersey RN license

Scheduling Requirements:

• Night Shift, 24 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and quality patient care
• Perform, adapt, and demonstrate procedures according to policies
• Administer medications accurately and safely
• Document actions and demonstrate technical skills specific to the unit
