• 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Geburtshilfe und Entbindung.
• Aktive Lizenz als Registered Nurse in New Jersey erforderlich.

Responsibilities

• Pflege und Überwachung von Patienten im Rahmen der Geburtshilfe.
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Pflegeteam zur Erstellung individueller Pflegepläne.

Job Overview: RWJBarnabas Health Somerset is seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse for our Labor and Delivery Unit.

Qualifications:

• ASN or Nursing Diploma
• 2 years of L&D experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills

Preferred:

• BSN or must be completed within 5 years upon hire

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• BLS, ACLS
• NRP certification within 6 months of hire
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring within 6 months of hire
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License

Scheduling Requirements:

• Night Shift, 36 Hours per week

Essential Functions:

• The Registered Nurse provides nursing care within the scope of practice, ensuring safety, ethical standards, and evidence-based practice.
• Responsible for supervising and delegating tasks, collaborating with the care team, and individualizing patient care plans.
