Job summary

Mercy is hiring RNs in St. Ann, Missouri. You will use the nursing process to deliver comprehensive patient care, ensuring confidentiality and rights of patients. You will collaborate with other departments to coordinate care and uphold Mercy Service Standards and mission.

Candidates must have an RN license (US state or compact) and nursing degree (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN). A sign-on bonus is offered and BLS is required with possible ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/PALS certifications depending on unit.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/CPHON/OCN/BLS/PALS/PEARS/C-EFM or other unit-specific certifications may be required.

Physical Requirements

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
