Description:

Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking an RN to join our nursing team in the Emergency Department.

Employment Details:

Part time, 0.6 FTE

Shift Hours:

11 a.m. - 11 p.m., 48 hours per pay period, including E/O/Weekend commitments

Job Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. The RN also delegates tasks to other healthcare team members, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.

Requirements:

• BSN or BS/BA degree in Nursing
• Current RN license in Pennsylvania
• Current BCLS certification (or obtained during orientation)
• ACLS certification required or obtained during orientation if applicable
• Professional certifications preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational skills and ability to lead a team
• Problem solving, critical thinking, and priority setting skills
• Ability to perform diverse duties accurately within time constraints
• Computer skills preferred
• Fingerprints, FBI, and Child Abuse Clearances required
