The role requires RN licensure, BLS, and strong English communication. Oncology and NICU certifications are preferred, with a daytime schedule and potential night-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and RN licensure required or eligible.
• Licensed RN in applicable state.
• Basic life support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across clinical domains.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care.
• Document care activities accurately in medical records.
• Monitor and adjust care plans based on outcomes.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards.
