Job summary

Adventist Health and Rideout is seeking an experienced RN PACU for a 10-week contract in Marysville, CA. The RN will care for patients recovering from anesthesia, monitor vitals, manage pain, and identify complications in collaboration with the surgical team.

Shift is 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with four 10-hour shifts; pay rate is $62/hour. Active RN license in CA, BLS, ACLS, and Epic experience are required; PACU or surgical recovery experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Epic experience required.
• PACU or surgical recovery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients recovering from anesthesia after surgery or procedures.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions.
• Manage pain and identify potential complications.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure safe patient recovery.
