Cynet HealthStaff seeks an experienced RN to join our PACU team for a 14-week assignment in Indiana. The Day Shift (7 a.m.–7:30 p.m.) requires strong acute care skills and patient assessment in a fast-paced perioperative environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of PACU experience, hold an active RN license, and possess BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. You will support care planning and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe patient outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:Assessment: Performs assessments and reassessments per policy and procedure or as warranted by patient condition.The RN demonstrates the ability to make sound independent decisions.
Development & Implementation: Initiates, prioritizes, and implements the plan of care.The RN reviews and revises the plan as indicated, collaborates with patients and families, and utilizes interdisciplinary services.The RN utilizes resources appropriately to support the needs of the organization, patient, and family.
Evaluation: Monitors and documents response to clinical interventions.
Education: Facilitates, coordinates, provides, and evaluates education specific to patient and family needs and as appropriate during their stay and discharge.
Leadership: Delegates tasks to licensed and non-licensed personnel.The RN functions as a mentor/preceptor and demonstrates, encourages, and facilitates teamwork.The RN identifies and appropriately communicates opportunities for improvement.The RN participates in quality, safety, and service process improvement efforts and implements practice changes.The RN complies with regulatory standards and participates in the Practice Governance model.
