Job summary

Unison Health in Northwest Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide health assessments, medication education, and direct client care in an outpatient clinic. The role also coordinates Spravato treatments, including scheduling, monitoring, and follow-up care for patients.

Qualifications

• Requires Ohio RN license and eligibility to practice.
• At least 1 year clinical experience; psychiatric experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains organization of Med Room.
• Reviews charts and medication setup for physicians daily.
• Provides emergency first aid to clients.
• Acts as liaison between physician and other caregivers.
• Obtains health assessments for new clients.
