Job summary

The RN Clinic, ENT/Audiology provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting, supporting assessment, treatment, care planning, and evaluation of patient outcomes. This role works collaboratively with ENT providers, audiologists, and an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, coordinated care.

The position supports documentation, quality initiatives, and efficient clinic operations in line with Trinity Health standards, contributing to positive patient experiences

Qualifications

• ND or compact RN licensure required.
• CPR certification required within orientation.
• Ongoing point-of-care certifications as department policy.
• RN licensure evidence by nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
• Clinic experience preferred.
• Coding experience preferred.
• May travel to satellite clinics.
• Computer use proficiency.
• Minot clinics weekend schedule participation.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with providers.
• Administer medications, treatments, and point-of-care testing.
• Document care and findings in the electronic health record.
• Support clinic operations, lab specimen handling, and scheduling.
• Collaborate to support quality improvement and safety.
