Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• Certification in area of specialty preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in an outpatient setting with appropriate assessment and planning.
• Lead and mentor team members; delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill.
• Maintain a safe environment, monitor patient status, and document changes.
• Offer feedback to peers and promote effective communication and collaboration.
• Participate in patient safety initiatives and department quality activities.
• Supervise LPN scope as appropriate and use standard order sets as directed.
• Apply the nursing process to implement a patient care plan per physician policies.
• Communicate patient/family needs and respond to changes in condition promptly.
