Qualifications

• Minimum Associate degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Active RN license to practice in Wisconsin (WI).
• BLS CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing support for patients seeking addictions treatment.
• Manage in-basket tasks, phone triage, injections and intakes.
• Dispense Suboxone and methadone per program guidelines.
• Assist with intake coverage for residential treatment program as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
